Privacy

Calzo is responsible for this website. Contact hello@calzo.uk about privacy or your information.
Browsing the shop
You can browse without an account. The shop does not collect payment details or delivery addresses. It does not run advertising pixels. Optional Google Analytics is described below. 20i processes connection information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. This relies on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Hosting logs follow 20i’s log-rotation and retention arrangements.
Optional Google Analytics
If you select “Accept analytics”, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Q7JD78C83S) to understand which pages are useful and improve the shop. This relies on your consent. Analytics stays off until you accept, and rejecting it does not affect browsing or Amazon links. You can withdraw or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.
After acceptance, Google receives pseudonymous cookie identifiers, the pages you view, scroll and outbound-link activity, browser and device information, referral information and approximate location derived from your connection. We do not send your name, email address, password, payment details or form contents to Analytics. Automatic search-term and form-interaction measurement are disabled. Page addresses sent by our tag exclude query strings and fragments. Private administration pages are excluded.
We use Analytics for site statistics, with advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation disabled. We do not enable Google signals through this tag. Google provides the service through its group companies, including Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. Information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites for its processing, retention and international-transfer information.
The Analytics property is configured to retain user-level and event-level data for two months, without extending user retention on new activity. Aggregated standard reports may be retained for longer. This is separate from the lifetime of cookies on your device.
Your cookie choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are limited to this shop and expire after no more than 180 days unless you make a new choice. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes this shop’s Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google. Contact hello@calzo.uk with a privacy request, including a request about previously collected information.
Form protection
Google reCAPTCHA v3 is used on protected forms, currently the private product manager, to prevent automated abuse. It may process browser, device and connection information and use the _GRECAPTCHA cookie. This supports our legitimate interest in protecting the site. It is separate from optional Analytics and remains available if Analytics is rejected. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Amazon links
Product links contain our Amazon Associates tracking ID. Amazon receives your visit when you follow a link and may use cookies under its own privacy notice. We receive aggregate affiliate reports through Amazon, not your payment details.
Administration and enquiries
The private product manager uses an essential session cookie, a hashed administrator password and limited login-attempt records for security. Sessions expire after an hour of inactivity. Login-attempt records expire after 24 hours during subsequent administration requests. Information you email us is used to respond to your enquiry and retained for as long as needed to resolve it.
Your rights
Depending on your circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@calzo.uk. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
